Refund policy

Need to Make an Exchange? We can exchange any product within 30 days of purchase!

Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition.. 

BOOTS MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ONLY IF THE SOLES ARE UNSCRATCHED. Unfortunately, if we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles, they will be sent back to you or if its an instant exchange you will be charged the full amount for the item you originally purchased. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. 

 

RETURNS  FOR A REFUND: A full refund will be applied if you ship it yourself and use your own shipping label. $25.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date the item is received and has passed inspection to see a credit in your account that was used to pay for the item.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: Only refund, you will be responsible for shipping item's back to us. Duties and tax are non-refundable.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
